Printable: The Wind-Down Ritual Tracker
If you’ve read the post on turning cozy gaming into a 15-minute wind-down ritual, you already know the theory. This is the part that actually makes it stick: a printable page for tracking it.
What’s on it
The tracker is page two of the free checklist printable — the same download, no extra sign-up. Four columns: what you own, what you’ve finished, when you started, and what you thought. Nothing fancier than that, because the ritual doesn’t need to be complicated to work.
Print a copy, clip it near wherever you play, and fill it in as you go. Watching a page slowly fill up is its own small reward, and it’s an easy way to notice which kinds of games actually calm you down versus which ones just look cozy on a store page.
How to use it with the ritual
Pick your trigger — after the kids are down, after you close your laptop for the day, whatever already happens daily. Set a soft time limit. Then use the tracker to log what you played and how it felt afterward, not how far you got. This isn’t a productivity chart. There’s no goal to hit and nothing to finish by a deadline. It’s just a record of what actually worked, so you can reach for it again next time you only have fifteen minutes.

The tracker comes bundled with the checklist — one download, both pages.
